Since our inception in 1984, AEDC has been committed to providing access to capital for start-up and existing businesses located in and around the Adirondack Park. We have provided business financing to many entrepreneurs who were unable to attract financing from traditional commercial lenders. We often work in partnership with regional commercial banks and with other public sector lenders. Our Direct Lending Programs are summarized below. In addition to our direct lending programs, we offer Loan Packaging services to address the needs of business financing beyond the scope of our own programs. Business Advisory services are available at little or no charge to our clients.
